At Ricoh Europe, we make sure that each and every one of our employees has the opportunity to enhance existing attributes and develop new skills. And in 2010, the Institute of IT Training awarded our in-house training division, the Ricoh Academy, three awards: Trainer of the Year, Training Department of the Year and Staff Development Programme of the Year.

An Open Dialogue Policy
What our people say really matters to us. That’s why we encourage an open dialogue through forums like the European Employee Forum and our annual Employee Survey. We use these to actively engage staff in continuously reviewing our management strategies and processes and to pro-actively represent employees across the Ricoh Group.
The Community Matters
In 2009, more than 15% of our employees were involved in community projects around Europe helping to make a difference within their local community. And by finding projects and providing our staff with the time to participate, we’re showing our commitment to each area we operate in.
