Ricoh Europe extends across 19 countries in EMEA with a dual headquarters in London, UK, and Amstelveen, The Netherlands. Our sales, manufacturing and customer support centres throughout the region include three European Green Centres (UK, Netherlands, Germany) and five additional Satellite Spare Part Centres (UK, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy), allowing us firstly to provide a top class level of service to our customers and secondly, to make our efforts in enhancing the environment more cohesive and comprehensive across a bigger area.
We have four production facilities in Europe, operating according to the highest quality and environmental standards, and centred on the factories in Telford (UK), Wellingborough (UK), Stirling (UK) and Colmar (France). These sites are responsible for the development and manufacturing of our multifunctional devices, fax machines, supplies and thermal paper. Every one of our plants has achieved the ISO 14001, the International Environmental Management Standard, ensuring the quality of the environment at and around the site and in the offices where our products are used.
Ricoh UK Products Ltd (RPL) in Telford produces plastic mouldings, digital plain paper copiers, toner and toner bottling as well as Organic Photo Conductor drums.
Ricoh Industrie France SAS (RIF) produces digital copiers, toner, fusing rollers, thermal paper and thermal transfer ribbon. 80% of production is for export, a testament to its manufacturing capacity.
GR Advanced Materials (GRAM) in Stirling, UK, manufactures digital duplicator consumables and has developed a range of core competencies including ultra-thin film coating and lamination and emulsion formulation.
European Configuration and Distribution Centre
The European Configuration and Distribution Centre is located in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. As part of our supply chain management optimisation programme, it supports the European operations for the Ricoh Group. Over 4,300 orders can be picked daily with an average time of 180 minutes from receipt to despatch throughout Europe as well as Israel, South Africa and India.
European Service Parts Centre, The Netherlands
The European Service Parts Centre and its network of satellites throughout Europe stocks over 55,000 service parts for (multifunctional) printers, copiers, fax machines, scanners, digital duplicators and related office automation equipment.

Across Europe and globally we have been increasing our sales teams, strengthening our service delivery process and continuing to expand our technology portfolio.
1995 – We acquired the NRG Group PLC (Nashuatec, Rex-Rotary, Gestetner, formerly Gestetner Holdings PLC) in the UK to reinforce our overseas sales network.
2001/2002 – Lanier and Savin were added to the Ricoh Group to provide stronger support and offer more value, contributing solutions to the national and global account arena.
2004 – Hitachi and IBM Print Divisions were acquired to strengthen our portfolio, with new products and solutions in both the production and general office markets.
2006 – Danka Europe and IKON France were purchased to provide better service and support in major countries in Europe, and to increase customer service and satisfaction.
2008 – We acquired IKON Office Solutions Inc to expand our sales capabilities and service network, strengthening our Production Printing business.
2009 – We acquired Carl Lamm, an exclusive distributor of a range of Ricoh branded products in Sweden and nationwide supplier of IT solutions. We have maximised its capabilities in the IT services sector by extending them to customers in Sweden and the wider Nordic and EMEA regions.
2010 – InfoPrint Solutions became wholly owned by Ricoh.
