Flexible document management through digitisation benefits teachers and students

The Rita Levi Montalcini Institute of Higher Education has installed Ricoh multifunction devices, yet “Printing systems are no longer ‘simple’ photocopiers, thanks to Ricoh Smart Integration,” explains Gilberto Marzuillo, “Ricoh devices interface with the main clouds available in the market. Specifically, with the ‘G Suite’ package, the printing solutions are connected to Google Workspace (Google’s cloud environment), enabling school staff to scan and route them directly to the cloud.
